Your order will be shipped after about 3-10 days, but this might vary as I am only one person with three other jobs. Exceptions to this might also occur depending on the product.
To keep shipping costs as low as possible, tracking information is not available. (Exception is made for deliveries in Norway, where larger parcels will be shipped with PostNord, and you will be given a tracking number via e-mail)
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, e-mail me or use the contact form above, and I will send a new one, as long as there is enough stock. If not, a refund will be made. You will be required to cover the shipping fees.
It is you, the customer's responsibility to ensure that all your contact and shipping information is correct at check-out. If you notice a mistake after check-out, let me know straight away, and I will ensure the information is updated. I will not be issuing re-shippings or refunds if the order has already been sent out.
If the package is returned to me by the postal service due to a mistake, I will do my best to ship it again, for no extra charge.

Please make sure you take extra care of your risoprint. Risoprinting is a sustainable printing method using a special non-toxic soy-based or rice-based ink, that never fully dries. I therefore advice you to not touch or rub on the actual inked parts of the print, as it might smudge. Some of the ink colours (particularly the fluorescent or neon colours) are near impossible to accurately represent on the web, and might look a little different in person. The printing process is analogue, and no print is the same, giving each print a unique look and texture. Ordering one of these prints confirms that you understand these terms.
